Today’s talking point:
In the last episode, we talked about how to stay motivated when you have zero motivation. So now you're more motivated, but there's always the chance of that little well-known symptom popping up to just push you back: procrastination.
You know as well as I do how hard it is to stop procrastinating. I get that we all have so much on our plates that it's hard to find the time or energy to do anything extra.
Maybe you come up with so many amazing ideas that get you so excited, but the size or the amount of work involved pushes you away. That list of unfinished projects keeps growing with age, meaning that low confidence starts to creep back into your life. Now I know I'm not painting a very pretty picture right now. What? Don't worry, this isn't meant to be sad and you won't be staying in your procrastinating state for very long. Thankfully, there is a way or two that I've found can help you stop procrastinating and across your unfinished projects with ease.
